About

Who we areWe are a private group of members in good standing of AA, Al-Anon and their families who love to camp. Some of us have tents, some have 40-foot motor homes, and the rest have everything in between. It doesn’t matter what you camp in, just as long as you are in AA or Al-Anon.

What we doThe NC Coffee Cup Campers camp nine to ten times a year. Generally most arrive on the Friday of the camp out. That night we have an Al-Anon meeting. Saturday evening is a potluck dinner followed by a speaker meeting and passing the basket (we are self-supporting). Sunday morning is our “God As I Understand Him” meeting. All the time in between is yours for fellowship or what ever the campground or surrounding area has to offer.

Who does whatYour trusted servants include (at each camp out) a Wagon Master, Program Chairperson, and a Host/Hostess. We have a Steering Committee with a Secretary and Treasurer.
