Coffee Cup Camper Guidelines

  1. If you are currently using alcohol or mind altering drugs, we ask that you not attend or you will be asked to leave.

  2. No smoking or vaping is allowed during meetings (whether inside or outside).

  1. You need to notify the chair/committee at CoffeeCupCampers@gmail.com if you plan to attend any campout.

  2. Please respond to all campout emails whether you plan to attend or not.

  3. The Wagon Master is the person in charge of the campout.

  4. Meetings are held on Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday morning during the weekend, and we encourage you to attend.

  5. On Saturday evening we share a covered dish dinner. Campers are asked to bring enough food for themselves and their guests as well as enough to share with the group as a whole. You are responsible for your own drink, and utensils.

  6. Pets are allowed as long as it is within the Pet Policy set by the campground, and must be kept leashed and quiet. As an owner, please remember to clean up after your pet.  Pets are not allowed at any time at meetings or in the dining area (whether inside or outside).

  1. Your behavior is a direct reflection on our group. We must always adhere to the rules set forth by the campground where we are guests.

  1. Your language is a reflection of where you are in recovery. The absence of profanity offends no one.

  1. We are self-supporting through our own contributions; Therefore, please come prepared to contribute your time, money, help, etc.

  1. Remember “Camper’s Law”; always leave a place cleaner than you found it.
