Wagon Master

  1. Arrive as early as possible.
  2. Survey campground if needed.
  3. If campground does not assign sites, develop plan for sites based on rig type, length, & facilities available.
  4. Meet rigs upon arrival, assign space, and provide necessary assistance if wanted.
  5. Consult with program chairperson about time and place of meetings. Consult with host committee about activities and coffee set up.
  6. Wagon Master’s site should be centrally located if possible.
  7. Directions to camping area should be plainly marked if necessary.
  8. Wagon Master opens up the meeting with the Serenity Prayer then reads our guidelines before our Friday and Saturday night meetings.
  9. Wagon Master for next campout transports PA system and related equipment.

Host/Hostess

  1. Check with Wagon Master for coffee set up, it should be near meeting site.
  2. See that coffee supplies are available at all times. Make coffee for all meetings and covered dish supper.
  3. Get help as necessary to set up for covered dish supper.
  4. Help see that campers keep campground clean.
  5. Help Host Committee for next campout transport coffee pot and supplies.

Program Chairperson

  1. Decide with Wagon Master as to time and place of meetings.
  2. Announce meeting time and place, chair or arrange for chairperson.
  3. Be sure that AA chairperson has AA members read AA literature and Al-Anon members read Al-Anon literature. Program chairperson has option of AA   or Al-Anon speakers at meetings.
  4. All meetings are open and one meeting per campout may have an outside speaker.
